- I was morbidly obese at 275lbs and I needed to make a drastic lifestyle change very soon or else I would probably succumb to a life of heart disease, high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, diabetes or cancer.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- 5'11 and 195 lbs
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- 12 months
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON ANYTHING IN LIFE!!!!
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- CLEAN PROTEIN, COMPLEX CARBS, FIBER, AND NO STARCH. Focus on 6-8 small meals!!!
- Please Help ME with:
- Building up my chest and core
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- 90% DIET 10% EXERCISE = A GREAT BODY (according to my trainer / lover Yasmin).
Lift 4 days a week Cardio 6-7 days a week with tons of interval training and circuits.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- My GF Yasmin and my current job/ career path.
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- I have many fitness role models, but I push myself in the gym to extend my own life and give my GF Yasmin the best body on a man she has ever had!
