- I have been in the Army for 20 yrs. and a correctional work for 3 yrs now.

- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Gain More Flexibility, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Improve My Posture
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I am giving myself 3 months to get back into shape. I just bought P90X and have heard nothing but great things about it. With luck and a lot of hard work I hope to loose some of the weight I have put on and put the lean cut muscle back.
