My BodyPROUD Story: I have been in the fitness industry since 2004 and I like to connect with people in the fitness and modeling industry as well as anyone who helps or inspires others to acheive their fitness goals!
Activities: Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity Incorporated, Awakenings Movement

Interests:Growing more as a man of God, husband, father, brother, friend, & lover of others, as well as myself. I also love sports, working out, & anything to help broaden my horizons & be more well rounded.

Favorite Music:Anything I can praise 2, get hype 2, get my grown & sexy on with, or anything that I can relate 2 what I am feeling or going through at that moment in time.

*Special shouts to our praise & worship crew from the Awakenings Movement, Hisson Musique, Neon Collars, Caretta Bell, KMonte Allen, & Brian C. Wilson aka "Mr Good Singing Man" & anyone else trying to do something positive with your music. Keep grinding.

Favorite TV Shows:All time favorites are The Cosby Show, Martin, & A Different World. I don't get to watch much TV now, but a few I like now are SCRUBS, CSI, King of Queens, Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park & the Boondocks. Like many of us I have also become oddly attracted to reality TV like Making the Band, Ne thing with Flavor Flav or his spin offs or spin offs of his spin offs.

Favorite Movies:All of the Matrix Movies, All of the Spike Lee Joints, Bad Boys 1 & 2, Transformers, House Party 1 & 2, Boomerang, Coming 2 America, Jason's Lyric, The 5 Heartbeats, Boyz in the Hood, Menace 2 Society, Enter the Dragon, Ocean's 11 & 12, any movie directed by M. Night Shaymalan (hope I spelled it right), Quentin Tarantino, & the list goes on & on.

Favorite Books:The Bible, This Present Darkness (which I have tried to read dozens of times & never finished!! It is the best book I have never finished!!) There are many others I hope to read to add to this list.

Today's cardio/ab workout 9/4/09

September 4, 2009 - Friday

Starting at 8 am this morning I enjoyed a nice ab and cardio workout despite the rain I woke up to in Houston this morning! My ab workout was done in all supersets (no rest until each exercise is complete), 4 sets total.
