Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I am 20 years old and for most of my life I have been struggeling with my overall confidence and apperance. I use to always look at the models in magazines and pray that one day, I would be as beautiful and skinny as those models. I have always been very active with the gym, sports such as basketball, and general activities... but I never felt that I looked the way I always wanted. Not only did I want to improve my outside apperance but I also wanted to gain the confidence and strength that comes along with it.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I believe that I can do this, and I believe that I am strong beyond belief, and powerful beyond measure.This may be one of the most challenging, most rewarding thing I've ever done, and I've never been more excited!

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Gain More Flexibility, Increase My Strength, Feel Better about Myself, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Be an Inspiration to Others

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: April 24th/2010

Please Help ME with:: Anything and everything that will help me out on my very first show.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: 5-6 meals a day, 4L of water, limited to 3oz protein and 1/3 cup carbs. Starting off with 45 minutes of cardio 6x/week moving up to 60 minutes. Heavy weight training.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: my family, my friends- they are extremely supportive of me.

My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why: A few words to my workout buddy- if it wasn't for you, Ashley, I wouldn't be signed up and preparing to do this. I love how energetic and supportive you are, and I thank you.

A few words to my Trainer, Thank you so much for being willing to help me, Nicole. I have a feeling a great friendship will grow out of this. I appologize in advance for the screaming and crying that may happen when we are training. *Only have kidding of course*

I learned about bodyPROUD.org from:: I learned about this site from word of mouth and from my Trainer; Nicole. She mentioned that this will be a great way to get into the environment and to be around supportive people doing the exact same thing as myself!
