- My BodyPROUD Story
- I have been lifting weight for seven years and it all started in my high school.
In my gym class my teacher show us a bodybuilding video.
For me it was the first time i seen someone with all that muscles. So when i move to Canada and Guyana. From seeing that it make me think if those guy did it so can i. So i started to go to the gym and as they years went by most people ask me why don't you compete in bodybuilding, so i think about it and in November the seventh 2009 i compete in the International Drug free Athletics (IDFA) bodybuilding. lightweight and came in third place. My goal is to become a fitness model and gain my bodybuilding pro-card,
Profession.
Contest:
2010 IDFA World Championships & Pro Universe, 2th Pro lightweight.
2010 1th IDFA International Champianship Open middleweight
2009 3th IDFA Canadian Classic lightweight
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Gain More Flexibility, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- My goal is to become a Fitness Model and gain my bodybuilding pro-card

- I just like to eat health and workout three to four times a week.
