- I just recently began training for a fitness competition. So far I have lost a couple pounds and am toning up well. I have never competed before so if anyone has any helpful hints I would love the advise. I think I have the workouts taken care of it is the 'what to and not to eat, and when' that I am having trouble with.
I am looking to meet people in the fitness industry who can give me some helpfull hints.
