My BodyPROUD Story: My family is the most import factor in my life. Many of my achievements I can contribute to the experience and learnings in life I have received from watching my daughter grow and become someone that I coud not be more proud of. I have been a single parent since the day my daughter was born so we have had to support each other.
I think Health and Happiness are the most important things in life. Without those 2 keys ingredient’s you can’t enjoy life to the fullest; everything else in life can be worked out as long as you take care of yourself and have a positive outlook on life. After all you can not help others until you take care of yourself first!

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I started competing in fitness challenges in 2002 and have enjoyed participating in fitness competition ever since.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Maintaining a healthy appearance comes from a well balanced diet, a healthy mind and a commitment to a rigorous workout routine. I have been an avid gym member since my early teens . It has become a part of my every day life. I truly believe that people are rewarded for how much effort they put towards there goals. Developing the initial commitment is the key to sucsess; sticking to it has to become your life.
