i am a little porker. hence i eat anything within a 50 mile radius, lolz. so lock up your fridges.

I eat what I want and I train at least 3X per week. A Big Shout Out and Plug for my home gym, Club Fit on the South Side of Edmonton.

Love yourself.

Be yourself.

Believe in Yourself.

Be a leader.

Be kind and magnanimous to your loved ones.

Do random acts of kindness for strangers without expecting anything in return.

Have several dreams and go for them. Do not let the non believers destroy your dreams or hold you back. Just do it.

Success in Life is not measured by how much money you made.

Travel widely and see the world.
