I am a ISSA certified fitness trainer and specialist in performance nutrition. I'm also a Savage Girl! I was born and raised on a ranch, and am a country girl. I just competed in my first figure competition and had a blast!

My first competition was an amazing experience! All of the girls were so nice and helpful. I learned so much and want to puch myself to get in top shape.

I want to step on stage in the best shape of my life! I would also like to place in the top 10.

Since I became motivated to compete, I lost 25 pounds and an 9% bodyfat.
