- My trainer' sname is Frank aka"little bear" on World Physique .com he is amazing.Frank takes the time to talk to you and answer any questions you have. He works very hard and takes pride in his work. He cares and you can really feel that when talking to him.Since working with Frank I have dropped a whole pant size and that was only 2 and half weeks. Frank knows his stuff and I an grateful to have him not only as my trainer but as a friend.
