They are some awesome photos you have there! I think if I recall correctly, that picture was taken when you were pigging out on steak at lunch time!! We would have welcomed you into our "magic faraway tree" for sure....

- My BodyPROUD Story
- I grow up in south Florida and I have been taking pride in my body and its changes. I always played sport and trained at a higher level then most. From extra practices to pushup and setups at home before bed. I started training with free weights around 14 and my progression was great. I continued and did power lifting for my high school and was the strongest for ratio of weight lifted to body weight (153 pounds and bench pressed 405). The bottom line I loved the weight room and I started personal training while in college and now wish to bring my skills to stage to show off what I can do!
