- I am :>) living the dream in Revelstoke with John and our 6 kids (furkids) I enjoy canoeing, hiking, training, camping, travel, photography
I have always been in the service industry assisting peole, counseling, and coaching people in one way or another. I always find the reward in that. To inspire others and to motivate to attain and be the best one can be. I have always been active playing baseball, cheerleading, and working out. I think back to the countless members that joined the gym I trained at in Winnipeg. I wonder today where they are now, if they are still training. I consider myself lucky today, I was in a snowmobile accident when I was in my early 20's. I broke 7 ribs 1/4 inch from my spine, partialy collapsed a lung. It could of been worse. I could have been worse. It never did slow me down 10 days later I was back to work. Needless to say, at 42, I am happy, healthy and there is no stopping me. My fiance has been a blessing to me. We have a great life and relationship.

- Shelly, 42 years. I worked in the fitness industry back in the early 80's prior to certification. Now with the encouragement of my fiance, training partner & best friend John, I am finishing up my ISSA Fitness Certification.
