I agree form is everythng. Incorrect form does no good and can lead to injury. Lifting heavy weights to show off looks dumb. If you want to show off, do it on stage and flex those muscles in front of the judges. lol

My BodyPROUD Story: I am so determined and when I set out to do something, I let nothing stop me from doing it. I like to have fun, I enjoy life, and I like to challenge myself in everything that I do.

Now that I am older I have the money and the flexibility to train. Because I own my own business, I can work around my hours to fit in my time to train.
