Im really confused about the toned twosome.. do you have your own music?? Does anyone have any other videos because it says 15 second skit but there skit was like a minute long.. when do you pose? Im so confused.. LOL!!

- I am a part time working mommy and wife! I manage a retail store with the help of the owner, my mom..
But my main job is a mother and wife. I have the most amazing men in my life and its my job to take care of them.. I love my job :)

- My family is my number 1 priority.. nothing comes first!! In a close second is the gym! My second home!!
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- My Name is Sheena Hales and I am a young 23! I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tommy, for almost 4 years now and have a beautiful baby boy Sincere who is almost 20 months.
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- To compete in my first fitness competition!! I will be competing in FAME Prairies in Bikini and Fitness Model.. Wish me luck :) The main goal for me is just to be confident on stage and not "chicken out"! Winning doesnt matter although it would be nice, lol. But I did this for ME to prove to myself that I can be confident about my post baby body!!
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- DIET and CARDIO!! Its all in the diet.. my husband thought he was a hard gainer until he got on the proper weight gaining diet and hes going up at alarming rates.. and I saw no results for so long because of my lack in cardio and I ate like crap!! Once I started eating clean I started seeing results!! Also.. there is no SECRETS to losing weight.. its hard work!! But totally worth the confidence!!
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- The main thing I have learnt is no pain no gain and the importance of DIET!!! I went about a year in the gym seeing moderate results but never really losing my mummytummy and flabby arms until I started to eat very clean and follow my diet EXACTLY!! No cheating!! although I do have a cheat meal on saturday which is date night for me and my husband so we plan it all week and its turned into a weekly thing and we love it!!
- Please Help ME with:
- I started going to the gym after my dad offered to pay for personal training because I was upset about the WOPPING 70 pounds I gained during my pregnancy so when my son was about 6 months I took him up on that offer. A bit more then a year later I am entering in my first fitness competition! Super nervous but super excited too!!
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- I am finally becoming BODYPROUD! :)
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Getting back into the TEENS!! I havent been in the teens on the scale since my early teens!! Also.. having an addiction that is healthy!! :)
