I live in Colombia, I do not speak English, I write with a translator.I'm very interested in fitness two years ago I love going to the gym and lift weights, it is very funny because I was a very sedentary person and now I love it, I do it for health and because I would like to mark my body. my desire is to achieve a fitness body, I want me some of your tips, such as food, routines etc
