To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: It has been 9 long years since my last bodybuilding show. I was planning to compete at the worlds in 2009 however I tore my AC joint 3 weeks out from the competition. I'm now 100% healed and back into serious training. My goal is to hit the fame stage in 2010!
