Cooking, music, music, music. I currently play drums for various artists and record/tour where necessary. Music is my life (when not in the gym/kitchen/xtrainer)

I am a certified performance nutrition specialist and love all aspects of training and sports nutrition. Above all, I get great satisfaction in helping people surpass their goals.

Currently spending the 08 year competing and training in Boston, MA.
Life Advice that Helped Me:
Be honest with yourself and who you are.
Invest no energy into what others are doing, taking or trying to achieve
Keep a balance in life and dont forget where you came from
