My Plug:: Have you ever walked into a gym and wondered what to do... how to do it...or for how long? Or wonder what those supplements at the health food store do, and more importantly how can they benefit you personally? Competitive Advantage is my web-based personal training system that creates workouts, outlines what supplements to take, and what foods to eat to help you reach your fitness goals.

My BodyPROUD Story: My passion for fitness began at an early age, playing sports was an important part of my life. Weight training and the success I began to have playing hockey seemed to go hand in hand, and while my playing days are behind me, my passion towards fitness is still paramount.
Being both an ASCM and certified personal trainer, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the most respected trainers and strength coaches in North America. But having degrees and attending seminars does not make you a great trainer. If you don’t look the part and cannot demonstrate the part, you are failing your clients; and that is where most trainers fall short. With over 10 years of sports specific training, and background as both a Division I and professional athlete, I have a strong understanding of not only the kinesiology involved in training but the mental side of being determined to reach your goals.
My dedication to my training philosophy, nutritional program, and supplement regimen were all key factors in my success at each level of my hockey career.
Now I am trying to apply that save drive and determination towards training for upcoming Muay Thai fights and potentially taking part in a FAME event.
