- I am a Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and former international fitness competitor with 15 years of fitness industry experience.

- My BodyPROUD Story
- I began dancing at a young age and after high school wanted to transition to fitness competitions. I competed for 8 years and it was a very rewarding experience.
I'm taking a break as I now have a daughter and love spending time with her and my hubby.
While expecting, I filmed a prenatal strength workout DVD and shortly after, followed it with a postnatal strength workout DVD.
