I been trying to get my weights in and somehow I have been only able to get 1-2 days in. the cardio is fine as I teach classes so I've got to show up. So this morning i emailed a couple of hard working fitness friends to see if they can be my workout/spotting buddies. I've dropped one cardio class so that will give me a bit more time as well as open my schedule up for incorporating some yoga (which is much needed). How to incorporate Fitness classes into my goals

Hi everyoneI teach anywhere from 4-6 fitness classes per week (step, CKB, plyometric type). I'm aiming for my first competition in Oct, 2010 and need to keep dropping the bodyfat. Currently I'm 5 feet/127lbs/ 32 % bodyfat (although I'm still breastfeeding--so i'm not sure how accurate that is). My BodyPROUD Story
I'm not the most athletic person you'll ever meet--gym was my worst subject in school. But somewhere along the way I became a personal trainer/fitness instructor and realised it was the best job in the world. I'va always admired those individuals that trained for competition but kept putting it off. I've had 2 children (2005/2008) and was at my heaviest when I stood on the scale post-partum at 150lbs. After 6 months post-partum with no weight loss and exercising 4 days a week I knew that it was time to change my diet. Slowly, the weight has come off (so far 22lbs) and I'm aiming for another 5lbs in the next 3 weeks (i had a 6 week goal of losing 10lbs) so i'm almost there. I'm curious as to what my body will look like at that point as I feel like my excess skin will not go away.
My Facts 'n Stats:
In the process of getting lean and toned. I've already lost 22lbs (I'm at 127lbs) and would like my pre-baby body back.
My AHA Life Defining Moments:
Have fun exercising! See the weight room like a big giant playground with so many possibilities. Lift hard, get strong, and eat right.
My Transformation Triumphs!
I'm not there yet--want to do the FAME in Vancouver Fall 2010.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
Cardio:
Mon--OFF
Tues--teach CKB/plyo or do 40 mins of intervals
Wed--Teach step class
Thurs--Teach Step/light weight class
Fri--Teach Step/CKB/plyo combo class
Sat--Teach Step/CKB/Plyo combo class

Weights:
3-4 days per week--2 day split--3 exercises per muscle group/ 8-12 reps/3-4 sets --in circuit fashion

Diet:
Doing a calorie/carb cycling program to drop the weight for 2 weeks then take 1 week off to stabilize and maintain weight--repeat
