Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: Ive been into sports my whole life, Ive jumped from sport to sport, you wouldn't believe the variety of different sports Ive played then moved onto another. There has always been one thing that I have kept with, Weight training and keeping fit. Im 25 now and my body has developed quite nicely. Ive always bought fitness mags to read about healthy lifestyles and how to keep fit, but one day I fort to myself, I THINK I CAN DO THAT. Which was to do a bit of modelling. So I looked into for about a month and the best way I think to get into it, is via comps, which is why i am looking forward to August (fame uk). So now I have a goal to train and hopefully build a career out of this. I know this career is not easy, so much competition but as long as you are motivated, you can do it.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Your body is with you for life, so look after it as best as you can.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Magazines, Gain Exposure
