My Headline:: On My BodyPROUD Journey

My BodyPROUD Story: Interests: I love knowledge, so I take a lot of courses on anything and everything that interests me. Rainy days I love to curl up with a good suspense thriller, and sunny days you won't find me near the house. I love camping, hiking, the beach, volleyball, horseback riding, and of course my day always starts with a 2 hour training session in the gym:) Family: My mom is my hero. I own an American Bulldog who is my heart and soul and the only child I will ever need or want. These two make my life complete. Philosophy: The purpose in life is to enjoy every moment and to regret the things you do, not the things you don't.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I just want to be proud of who I am on the inside as well as the outside.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Don't compare yourself to others, just make it personal. It's more rewarding competing against yourself and knowing you've always done your best.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: My first time competing, just knowing that I had the courage to follow it through and step out on that stage.

My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why: I train myself, but I have a lot of support and guidance from a great trainer (David Avery), and the words and inspiration of the greatest coach (my mom).
