My Body Proud Journey Starts Here (Blog Entry #1)

was to be able to compete after my neck, back, rt. knee, & left biceps surgery and now I'm on the road to recovery from a rt. torn quad tendon.

When you are a part of something where lots of people with different thoughts on one topic you then come to realize that there is allot to learn in life then what you already know.

I am Grateful For:

15 month after I had returned back to the gym after recovering from neck & back surgery I had competited in my first bodybuilding show placing 6th out of 12 and just missing 5th by 3 points.

My Advice to You to Help You Reach Your Body Proud Goals:

The reason why it’s so difficult for people to lose weight is because they go by satisfaction of taste buds rather then going by satisfaction of hunger pain, in life if you want to get in shape you have to just get up & take or just sit there and just dream about it.
