15 month after I had returned back to the gym after recovering from neck & back surgery I had competited in my first bodybuilding show placing 6th out of 12 and just missing 5th by 3 points.
Here's a Tip I Learned that can help YOU become Body Proud:
The reason why it’s so difficult for people to lose weight is because they go by satisfaction of taste buds rather then going by satisfaction of hunger pain, in life if you want to get in shape you have to just get up & take or just sit there and just dream about it.
