My BodyPROUD Story: I am very close to my family and my two best friends are like my brothers. I enjoy collecting things, going to movies in my spare time, and writing poetry.

My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Richard. I'm 35 yrs old stand 5'8" with hazel eyes. I enjoy playing soccer, working out, and going to movies.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Took second place in GNC body challenge back in 2005. Looking foward to heading to Las Vegas to my first Mr O contest this year.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I'm looking to meet new people and get to learn a little more about how they train and the right kinds of foods to eat. Wouldn't mind finding a workout partner, but that isn't a top priority.
