Slacking off on my fitness regime....

Today is my birthday & I have a confession to make.... I have slacked off on my exercise in recent months. I had planned to get totally ripped by this day but I let life get in the way & so far haven't made it to the point I want to be at. I am off to camp with my son & the Boy Scout troop tomorrow for a few days, but intend to get busy everyday with my workouts when I get back.
