- I live in toronto and I am a graduate of mohawk college in television and York university with a bachelor of arts in social science. I am also a graduate of second city studying improv. I am trying to workout more often but I seem to lack motivation - hence why I joined here so I can get the kick in the pants - that I need. I work for a tv network in toronto - and let me tell ya, its so not as glamourous as it sounds. I really want to get into announcing and public speaking. I really enjoy the stage and performing infront of a live crowd.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- Well some facts about me? I am not sure...thats kind of a loaded question. Well people think im swedish because of my natural blonde hair and blue eyes *wink wink. Well I work in television, and because of the media i gained a ton of weight that I really want to burn off.
Otherwise, I am quite the extrovert. I love meeting new and exciting people. I enjoy telling really bad jokes, just to get a laugh or two....at the most.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Well I believe that the mind is the most powerful force in the universe. So basically, if my mind caused me to gain so much weight than my mind can also change the way I apply my body for improvement.

- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- well to get my dream bod would probably take me 20 more years... at the rate I am going. But I have made a choice to do what I need to do to commit to my goal. I am hoping to build a new body withing a week ( i know wishful thinking/ just kidding) My realistic goal is about a year.
- Please Help ME with:
- building and sculpting muscle. Anything that I need to do to get the beach bod. I would like to get a tattoo one day but I need some nice arms, chest and shoulders to wear it otherwise the only good place to tattoo would be my left foot - and nobody looks at my feet.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Well I am grateful that I have a job to pay the cable bill. Otherwise, I am grateful that I am mustering the courage to take on this monumental feet of transforming this embarrasing physique.
