I have been training in and around in the fitness profession
15 - 20 years, boxing , running , weightlifting and power training
My Facts 'n Stats:
Im probally descibed as atheletic looking with a passion for exercise
My bodyPROUD Goals:
I firmly believe that im only as good as my weakness, and that i have opportunity now as from today for self improvement. So this day and onwards i seek to build on my weaknesses.
My AHA Life Defining Moments:
My body is all that I have of real worth my aim is look after it, as I cannot seem to understand how some people can live in a body that has not been looked after, and is in poor shape.

Life Advice that Helped Me:
First set a goal thats achievable then join paths with people who have achieved and who are achieving the same goal and move foward remembering that every time you stumble is just a stepping stone to reaching your goal.
How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
I Believe that what i put into my training thats what i get back if i slack on nutrition how can i exspect the highest reward I often look at images of perfectly toned body and say to myself if they have followed a scrict plan to reach where they are ? then why doi exspect to get the same results without the same or simular diet or plan
Please Help ME with:
competion dieting
My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
I eat 6 small meals per day consisting of egg whites low carbs/oatmeal/ fish / salads/ chicken breast/ sweet pot/

I usually train 3xper week consisting of heavy >light weights mixed with plyometric exercises, very power based
then i also will work single muscle groups at a slow but heavy for back & legs
Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
SOME OF THE BOOKS THAT I HAVE READ ON STRENGTH TRAINING & POWERLIFTING & THE COURSES THAT I HAVE BEEN ON SUCH AS POWERLIFTING /ATHETIC & STEVE COTTERS KETTLEBELL COURSE
My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
Lance Armstrong who beleived in his goal then on his journey got cancer and lost the majority of his muscle & had zero bodily strength left dying in a hospital bed did he give up his will to live? no he continued in his quest to suceed against all odds even his friends doctors would not of believed his dream, yet he won the the tour de france not once aswell.
