back to high reps with the training weight staying the same!

The words of my trainer and partner - we are going to kick things into gear. I got two months to get your body in shape to take on contest prep and higher reps. Your lifting weight will not change, just the amount of reps. This will help to bring in density and cuts like you have never seen. I like this, but hate him during the process! I am looking to expand my competitions and looking for more venues that promote natural competitions and health as important factors. So I am hoping to come on board and start competing in FAME. There is a Dallas show scheduled and I am hoping to compete in it.

I took on competing as a means to get back to a life I missed and loved. I was in the trenches fighting a sexual harassment case with losing support daily of those who worked with me and knew of the extent of it. I finally stopped the battle as it was taking over my life, health and hurting my family. I attended the Ronnie Coleman Classic and saw friends I hadn't seen in years. My partner said he saw a sparkle in my eyes that he had never seen before and I needed to get back to that life I know and love. So here I am 2 years into it and coming up on my third competitive season.
