My name is Pierre and I am 32 years old even though I don't feel that age. Love camping, mountain biking , kayaking and playing hockey. Of course I love to workout every day. Grew up on a farm north of Edmonton and still love going back to the open country.

Always loved to work out and constantly playing sports from hockey to baseball. Enjoy camping, kayaking and mountain biking. Have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do from an early age and love martial arts.

Shaving head for kids with cancer

It has always been important to me to do a fund raiser for cancer because my dad is a survivor of cancer and I am always inspired by the strength it took for him to survive that. Back at it!! Full speed ahead!!!

Well , the holidays are now over and just it time. I didn't remember how terrible you feel after eating food that is soo rich with cream and cheese. Still had a wonderful time with family and friends though.

Now back on the plan with Team Physique FX and already losing the christmas fat and getting bigger. I feel more confident each day with the program Micheal has set for me. Feels as though I hace already gained some size.

Training with Team PhysiqueFX

WOW!! It' only been a little over a month and the progress is amazing! Gained 1 inch in size on my chest and 1/2 inche on my arms. Gained some solid weight to cap it all off. Any one who wants to push themselves to the next level need to get a hold of Micheal and join the Team PhysiqueFX.
