- I am a Team leader for ABSA bank and manage a group of 15 people.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I was born in Eldorado Park, Johannesburg, SA. I moved to Evander, Mpumalanga and completed my school career there.
Therafter I moved back to Eldorado Park and started working, it is a great community with great people. The community that I live in has a few problems, it is plagged by youngster's abusing substances"especially drug absue", for myself it was very difficult to not get trapped into that lifestyle so I chose to be Body Proud and inspire other members of the youth in Eldorado Park to live a healthy life style, where ever possible I try and educate people about the abuse of substance and the effects it has on your body in the long and short run.
Many of my peers and friends dislike or do not see the reasoning in me training and improving my lifestyle and physique, but whenever I do have the oppurtunity to speak about pyscial excercise I do and invite them to excercise with me. I am convinced with me working harder and trying to influence the people in my community to live a healhty lifestyle I will succeed all I have to do is stay positive and be resourceful to the maximum of my abilitie's.
I believe in the people of my community and that every individual is unique and can bring something great into the communtiy, I will always try and be there to speak about healthy livning and a drug free community as long as I live.
I cannot stress or speak about how many young people throw there lives away by abusing substances. So one of my goals in life and that I live by is to educate as much people on whats substance abuse can do to your body. In order to help and better everyones' lifestyle.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I have been excercising for the past 11 months, I diet and supplement for other added nutrients. My goal weight is to achieve is 80 kg's, I currently weigh 67kg's and improving my body daily.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Loving life and loving yourself. Always wanting to improve and being kind hearted.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Sculpt My Physique, Get Discovered - TV

- I will reach my goals by 30 September 2010 and compete in the 2010 FAME competition to showcase my achievements.

I am exercising since November 2008, I weighed myself on the 13 November 2008 I weighed a mere 57kg's on that day I told myself in a years time I will be 10kg's heavier. Today I am 67kg's and improving on my physique.
