My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Patrycja and I am a 20 year old student of Polish heritage.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I believe in what Arnold says: Bodybuilding is an art. I want to sculpt my body to its perfection!!! I want to lower my BF% to 16% and lose 25 pounds, toning my body to bikini perfection for a June/July competition!

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Consistency!

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: "If you do what you've always done, you get what you've always got"

I do love my quotes. Anything that reiterates a sense of responsibility over my self control in life. ANYTHING can be achieved, accomplished or even attempted. The only thing holding you back from doing anything in life is YOURSELF. A simple, but very powerful truth once you grasp it.

I've always been surrounded by drama queens who would spend their time whining about their lives instead of doing something about it. After my accident, I became so complacent and comfortable with my misery that I didn't realize I was one of them, albeit a different version. Now I choose to live a happy, healthy life - and I do.

Please Help ME with:: I was involved in a car accident 6 years ago, where a head trauma resulted in the loss of my eye and crushed most of the bones in my face. I've had numerous surgeries, tons of setbacks and struggled with depression - and especially med-related weight fluctuations.
Two years ago, I took control back over my life and chose to be happy. I started working out and getting my life on track and today, I feel amazing, It is a lot easier to give up in life and become complacent with unhappiness, but the extra effort put in to be happy, to work toward improvement and especially to CHANGE your circumstances is one of the most liberating things you can do for yourself.
I want to be body proud!!!

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I want a motivational support system!

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: Last summer I dropped about 25 pounds with lots of cardio and hot yoga. I looked great in my bikini - but this year I want to look BETTER.

I learned about bodyPROUD.org from:: I learnt about this site from a friend of mine, who is a member and figure competitor.
