My Body Proud Journey Starts Here (Blog Entry #1)

I regained the IFBB Central America & the Caribbean Bantam Weight (144lbs) Championship in 2008 after winning it in 2006 and placing runners up in 2007

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

I do bodybuilding NATURALY!!!!!!!
I will give up Trainnig and Bodybuilding when it stop being FUN!

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:

I just love Bodybuilding

I am Grateful For:

Winning the Bantam Weight Class at the IFBB CAC Championships in Jamaica 2006,
Regaining the Bantam weight title in 2008 in the Bahamas after being runners up in Bermuda in 2007
Place 7th out of 17 in my first ever Ifbb World Junior&Masters Championships in Prague 2008
