As you may have already noticed in my profile photos, I made a major/huge transformation on my body, over the past two years. This metamorphosis has made a major improvement, in all aspects of my life past and present. Every morning when I wake up to go to work, I feel totally energized. I have regained that smile that was missing from my face and recaptured my self esteem. I no longer feel stagnant and once again feel that my spirit is alive, and I am personally growing.
When I was young, I was a very active child. I was extremely competitive! I played many team sports like, Hockey, Soccer, Badminton, Volleyball and several others. The moment I completed my Masters degree in Physical Sciences, I was hired by a major pharmaceutical company in sales. Due to the fact that I am a competitive person, working in an extremely competitive industry, I stopped training in order to learn everything about the drugs that I would have to promote. Unfortunately, I gained 42 pounds in only 7 months!!!!
If you take a look at my photo album "BEFORE-AFTER, you will see my before picture taken in the Dominican Republic. When I saw this picture, I said to myself.... "oh my.... I must get back into shape immediately and find the old me." I also said to myself " THAT ANYONE CAN GET BACK INTO SHAPE AND BE FIT." I am very proud of myself and what I have accomplished. To make this kind of change, not only is it a physically orientated, but mental and spiritual as well.
