My Plug:: I'm a film director and get to travel a lot. While traveling can sometimes interfere with training I do everything I can to plan in advance and find a gym close to my hotel (hotel health clubs often are lacking, as most of us know).

My BodyPROUD Story: My philosophy is simple. Keep it positive and say "yes" to things that can enhance your life.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Name is Andy. I'm 54 years old. I've been weight training for many years and consider it a part of my lifestyle.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To keep in shape as I get older. Not to lose mass and to stay strong.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: My philosophy is being open to new ideas, saying "yes" whenever possible. Saying "yes" this year has brought me to places I never thought I would get to.
