- I believe that eating clean and proper excercise and rest can reverse the aging process.Im always told I look ten years younger and I knlow kits becuse I dont drink, or smoke..I eat clean, and I live clean..Im healthy, energetic, and sexy!!!

- Probab;ly doing ten wide grip pullups the other day has to be a very proud moment :)WINNING TWO TROPHEYS AT NMY FIRST SHOW.

- Lots of fruits and vegs, muscle milk shakes with banana and strawbberries, fish, chicken and sirloin... lots of water.Lots of rest.. no alcohol. 2 % horizons milk. Oatmeal. These are just some of my favorites
