Completed photo shoot 2 this time with my twin brother - we're so much alike but body wise we are different... i hope to post pics up soon.

Now this summer is going to be focusing on my business and indulging on some foods :).... but still keeping my body within striking distance.... I've been asked for the 5th time to compete... still on the fence on that one.

so now that i have leaned down considerably i have taken on Phase 2 which is to keep my look but increase muscle volume... the training does get a bit mundane so I've decided to train with my long time friend who's into martial arts and owns an academy... maybe I will take some videos... we'll see

okay so it's been a pretty stressful week - work definitely gets in my way of enjoying life at times but it's part of what helps me enjoy what i want to enjoy in life so I can't completely hate it.

Managing 2 projects, my personal business, working out, and then spending time with my baby niece (the only gurl who can control me) it's like no time for NOEL.

After this friday I should slow down a bit since i will only have 1 project to manage which should bring some sanity...
