My BodyPROUD Story: My Family is my Mother and God. I am glad that God made her the way she is are else i would not be the WONDERFUL way i am. My main interest is fitness. So for 2009, this year i will be weight training 3-4 times a week, gymnastics 5 times a week and ballet and jazz once a week. I really love to read eduational material on fitness and wellness. I am very easy going and humble but also miserable at times. I also have a little problem understanding when people are talking to me. Well i not sure about the philosophy, but i believe that all things are possible through Christ that strengthens me and i trust in the lord with all of my heart and lean not to my own understanding but in of of my ways acknowledge him and he shall direct my path. That is what i live by. I live by anything that is Christ. But i am not perfect however at the same time i do try.

My Facts 'n Stats:: My Name is Nicole Carter. I am 23 years of age. I am a fitness competitor and have been for 5 years. I have competed in 13 fitness shows. Of the 13 shows i have done, i have won 4 titles. My three main goals are to be closer to God, To be the best Fitness Competitor I can possibly be and to sucessfully become a well educated and motivation personal trainer, dedicated to empower and educate individuals on the benefits of healthy life styles and goal settings.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: In 2007 issue of FLEX magazine i was named as the Winner of Fitness at Eastern Caribbean BodyBuilding and Fitness Show in Trinidad and Tobago. Actually I was the only person in that Magazine who waslisted as a winner from Barbados.

I am Ms Body Fitness Short Class Champhion at the National BodyBuilding and Fitness Champhionships 2008 in Barbados

I am Miss Bridgetown Bodyfitness 2007 which also took place in Barbados.

Therefore being mention in Flex Magazine and winning 3 titles is my claim to Fame.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: What motivates me to be better, is when people say i can't. I know i can do anything all it take is a vision, determination, hard work and of course GOD:)

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: My Goals are to become a Fitness Professional and to be a well educated Personal trainer

Please Help ME with:: With God, Determination, Consistency and the belief that all things are possible through GOD no matter how long the journey is, is key. My first few shows where very disappointing but i learn from my mistakes, did my homework, train hard and consistent, I dieted and in 2007 i won my first two(2) shows after training with Darcy Beckles ( Former World Champhion) and last year i won one (1) and finish second in the other however i was not too disappointed because i was one spot away from turning Pro Fitness. Before i started to compete i was over weight in my younger years so i thank God for giving me the vision of wanting to be a fitness competitor.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: Hear my NATIONAL ANTHEM being played when i won Eastern Carribean Champhionships in Trinidad. Tears were in my eyes.
