My BodyPROUD Story: I love dancing, modeling, fashion design, fitness.. I have one son named Isaiah he is my heart and soul! and a wonderful Husband Creg who also loves to compete and is a Fame Muscle model pro *& INBF pro light heavy weight Bodybuilder! congrats babe!!

My Facts 'n Stats:: Nicky, 30 years old.. Mother of 1 little boy, the cutest lil guy in the whole world, I am so blessed!

My bodyPROUD Goals:: 2010- Ms. Bikini Arizona 1st place, 1st place Model America Arizona champion
I won 3rd place in Fitness model tall, April 2008.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: It keeps me on track with eating properly, when I am not dieting I find I don't eat enough and don't have as much energy.

My Transformation Triumphs!: 09-11-2010 ** Ms. Bikini 1st Place, Model America 1st place***

Chosen to be part of the Top 25 best bikini women around all of USA/CANADA for Miss Sunset Tan 2009; Will be on the new season of the tv show airing this late summer/fall 2010

I will be on the new season of Instant Beauty Pageant Sunday Oct. 12th on E! network Canada!

My Hubby is the new FAME MUSCLE MODEL PRO! so proud of him! All that hard work and chicken paid off, lol!

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Never give up!

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Never say never!

Please Help ME with:: I had my son in June 2007, and to get my pre-pregnancy body back I decided to compete in April 2008. I won 3rd place in my 1st fitness competition, for Fitness model tall, now I am hooked!

I also have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and before I met my husband I couldn't even get out of bed in the morning some days, I didn't workout at all and I was so unhappy. I started training with him in 2003 and have never stopped, and it has changed my life, I thank him for that everyday! When you have FMS and you don't workout you get worse, sore muscles, fatigue, dizziness, so you have to push yourself harder than most people, but in the end it helps you...When I miss a workout or 2 I feel it..I get stiff and sore again instantly.... I also find that the dieting is a "good thing" for me, otherwise I tend not to eat enough at all, or the right stuff. I get lazy.. I love that my husband and I do this together, and we can keep eachother on track and share the memories! If I was too look back 10 years from today I never would have thought I could have competed, I am proud of myself for that!

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I enjoy talking to other people that compete...and there is so many awesome people on here that give great advice and motivation!
