- My BodyPROUD Story
- Oh boy where to start! Fitness has been part of my life from a very young age, i competed as a triathlete, played Volleyball professional. As i grew older i met a bodybuilder who competed and got me inspired to start training with weight in the early 90's ( he then became my Bo). As he trained for many competitions i followed him carefully with his diet and training, those years were the best I've ever felt physically and mentally. We even opened a Gym and i became a personal trainer!! Ah then life turned drastically for him and I. I kept with my training and nutrition to perfection.....but 98 hit and i moved across the country to BC. All i can say is that all I'd work for, went down the drain.....in so many ways!!! To be continued.....
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- From being in top shape in the 90's, competing in fitness competition and training client i want to get to that again. Happy, healthy, proud, positive and loving every inch of my body! It's only been a few weeks of eating clean and cutting out late night snacks but i feel so much better already!!! Being back in the gym is great working hard on cardio and overall weight training for now. Long road ahead but i can do it!

- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Improve My Posture, Sculpt My Physique, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Be an Inspiration to Others, Become an Athlete
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I want to attain a healthy weight by November... to start!! That would be a 60-65 pound lost. Planning on getting pregnant by next winter, i want to start my pregnancy fit and stay fit through it. Then who know may be competing again!!!! :) ya i think so.....
- Please Help ME with:
- Looking to meet people with the same type of goals and motivate each other via writing or even meet for a training session.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- I'm so lucky to have a wonderful partner who supports me everyday. My daughter is noticing the changes in me already in my energy level being up! Love my familly!

- I've stumbled on Kristine Fretwell via Facebook, following her link to Body Proud, i attended my first show as a audience member in Maple Ridge March 27/10. All i can say was WOW!!!!
