My Facts 'n Stats:
My name is Misty and I'm a 26yr old mother. I've been trying ot get my body in shape for the last 2yrs. I've pretty good so far. I'm also a member of bodybuilding.com I love lifting weights and I love power lifting. My goals are to get rid of this flab and try to get to a Pro status.
Timeframe &/or Plan to Reach My Body Proud Goals
I know I need to slash off about 60-70lbs for me to be at my best. I don't want to be anything less then 175. I haven't seen those #'s since I was 16. lol I figure if I can drop about 30-40 before June, I'll be happy. Have to start small first right?
I Am Looking for Advice On:
Well this is how it all started.I have been Fat most of my life. at the age of 13 I was 300lbs and 5'2. I ended up getting into trouble and having to move in with my sister and brother in-law. He was in the army. He gave a a real wake up call with PT for my punishment. Thanks to him, at the age of 16 I was a fine curvy 175lbs. Moved back to my mothers house. Didn't listen, ended up knocked up. and blow up to a very hefty 370. I ended up on the streets, partying and drugging after I asked my lil girls grandparents to give her a real life. When I was 20 i started to slow down and straighten out. I was down to 210. Got married, had a lil boy went up to only 220's, then got back down to 200. My son died of SIDS. Six months later found out I was pregnant again. blow up to 280's. Sat around feeling sorry for myself for about a year cause my marriage was over. Then I met a retired Marine online. talked to him for about three yrs and he got my moving. Seeing that I could change my life, not just sit and cry about it. I wasn't getting any feedback from my husband so I lift in 2007 for Myrtle Beach. I got down to 230's the first month I was here. then hit the dreaded plat, for about 6mths. Then I got this Idea where hey! I don't have to starve myself for nothing, I can do bodybuilding and lose that fat I want and get that sexy bulk too. This year I have lost about 20inches all over my body. and now I'm setting back at 260. yeah it seems like I slid back words, but I have 17.5in arms and a 42chest lol! Now I'm wanting to focus on losing the belly fat and my saddle bags ; )

My first day of P90X!

I did the 60mins of plyometrics and I feel like I'm going to die, lmfao! I'm so proud of myself for making it through the whole 60mins. I hurt but feel great! hahaha it was great!!!

Hell yeah!

Just bought three bottles of Dymatize Z-force Tribulus! Can't wait to kick some ass! I was using it last fall and within a few weeks I was slamming the weights and my body was killing, lmfao! God I'm so excited!

aww thank you! I've been thinking though that I have been just eating a bit much.. not bad.. but need to ramp down how much I eat even when I just 'take it easy'.. I follow the principles of Bill Phillips from the Body for LIfe workout. And that's wonderful you've been keeping up a pattern.. I'm going to do a letter to everyone noting that it takes 21 days to imbue a habit.. I've also been keeping up on my qigong exercises. after that not that it's easy to give it up but to keep give it up harder because of more and more momentum! Say may I recommend my story to pass the time? Check out my 'discussions'.. Mindy loves my stories!! I'd like to keep trimming down like the Rock.. he went from 275 to 235.. and looks better for it. Take care!

(well that last one and the one the last week I believe) ;) I've been three weeks solid of not missing a single day of working out and I see you have been also been true to your workouts! AWESOME WORK! Keep it up!! I've been jacked on Super-Pump.. it's awesome.. and unbelievable! Personally I've been doing some thinking.. I want to loose fat and trim up.. 275 is a bit much.. so wanna trim down some.. take care!!
