My Plug:: I have a bachelors degree in exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. I am ACE and CPT - NASM certified.

I am also a Zumba(r) instructor.

My BodyPROUD Story: Im very active, own my own business, and love to have fun and travel. My Philosophy in life is to open your arms for change, but not to lose your values. Never forget who you are, just make yourself better. Be the best that you can be. Strive for perfection, settle for nothing short of excellence.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Hello! My name is Kai and I am training this year to compete. It will be my first competition year. I am looking for sponsors and/or someone to train with. I have been in the fitness scene for years but have never really focused on my goals and my SERIOUS goals until recently. My body is finally starting to mature to the point where it remembers what its like to feel and look good and I know it wants to be like that all of the time. Once i get where i want to be, there will be no holding me back.

2009 is my year. I am going to do my best to shine this year. The hardships of the past couple of years have shown me that I will never be handed anything that I cannot handle.

The life lessons that we deal with are only there to make us stronger.

So, is life a game of survival of the fitest? maybe. But i want to be fit intellecutally, physically, and spiritually.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I want to compete. 2009 will be the year for that, and we will see how it goes from there. Right now I am 15% body fat. I want to be less than10% by competition time.

I would also love to be a fitness model.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: If you want it bad enough, find a way to get it, and a way to make it happen. because if you want it bad enough, you will!

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Open your arms to change, but dont lose your values.

Keep in mind that great rewards and great achievements sometimes involve great risks. Dont be afraid to strive to be better, or to be the best. But do it with humility.

Actions prove to be more valuable than just empty words.
PRove that you can do it. Dont give anyone the chance to hold you accountable.

Please Help ME with:: Fitness is my life. it is not just my way of life. I live , breath, eat, sleep and dream fitness. I have a degree in exercise physiology and kinesiology. I am also certified through ACE and have my CPT through NASM.
Excercise is ,my drug. And i thnak god for that. It makes you feel great, gives you more self esteem... and its totally worth being addicted to. I highly recomend you try it. :-) No peer pressure or anything.
