- My BodyPROUD Story
- I was born with a facial birth defect. at age 3 my parents decided to put me into Gymnastic class so I will be connect with other kids. I got bullied at school because of my scars and became really shy. After High school I left home and ran way with the circus which kind of freed me . I became less shy and more crazy, in a good way.I am a deardevil, love adrenaline rush. That's what circus does to you I guess... I enter my first competition in Melbourne ,Australia in 2006. I place first but I have no credits for that because we were only 2 in the Fitness category.
I always wanted to compete but was not sure because I knew that not only the physics count in the judging but also the apparence on stage. I really loved my experience... I want more.. I was Hook! then competed again in 2009 when i moved back in Canada and since then I am craving for it.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I did gymnastic for 14 years then perform with Cirque Du Soleil for 8 years on a touring production. I took a long break ( to be exact 5 years) to do Personal training and competition in fitness. In 2010, I packed my suitcases again for a new contract with Cirque Du Soleil. I try to compete when ever there is a event happening in my breaks.
I also performed in a Burlesque Show in Acrobatic Pole Dance and want to compete in this as well.

- My goal is to have my PRO card and inspire as much peoples as I can.
I want to be in fitness Magazine.
I want to study in Nutrition and become a sport nutritionist to help all level and age acheiving their goals and live a healthier lifestyle
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I love performing and being on stage. I love to entertain and know that the crowd had a good time. When people compliment me on my look , I am proud and know that all the hard work and sweat pays off.

- Clean diet with 1 cheat meal a week off season
I do cardio and weight training 5 days a week off season
in season I do 7 days a week of cardio and 4 days of strenght training.
I love to try all those recipes in fitness mag or cook book once off season.
