Well last week was week one but it didnt work out quite as planned! My focus and discipline went out the window and I've realised that if I am bored or feel down in the dumps about something I raid the fridge! And not for good things either...crisps and chocolate!!!
So armed with this knowledge I have started week 1 again as of today and I feel a lot more focused, positive and generally confident that I can and will reach my goals.

Hi everyone!
Well today is the first day of me getting serious about my training and eating. I'm currently foggy headed and snotty nosed lol but its not gonna stop me. I managed my training today...shoulders and abs, even cardio which i detest!! so i'm pleased lol.
