- I am highly qualified ftiness Instructor, Personal trainer,
Working out in the gym is my daily life style routine.
I live a healthy life style, I don't drink, I don't smoke, and
I don't go out clubbing. I rather be at home, reading all
Fitness books, and do my fitness planning program.
Yes I am a fitness freak indeed. I Love my job, and my
passion, and my motivation, and goal, is all about
Teaching, and help people to get into shape.

- Track and field athlets, runner, middle distance, tennis, bowling,
scuba diving, snorkling, dance choreographer, aerobics instructor,
ball core stablity, kick boxing, yoga dance, kids fit instructor, salsa dance,
Level 3 personal trainer, Health exercise management HND Deploma.

You name it I got it all......the training siminars certificate..AND SO ON..

- Yes I did joint fitness competition, I won it few times, which is not too bad at all!!

- opening my own studion very soon

- To achieve a six pack abs...which I don't think I will have it in
a million years.........but then I have it! its like dream comes true...
its all my hard work is worth it.

- Well, I am only 5ft 1 tall, so I am petite and smart woman.
But it comes to my body I am always insecured about
it. but I"ll always love sports and I am athlete so it helps
me gain confident, and start thinking what should I do to look
good, not only outside but also in the inside meaning
"healthy" so I start doing my fitness course and the rest is a long story.....but I am proud to where I am now...its a pay off!!
