My BodyPROUD Story: It wasn't that I was very heavy, but I carried a lot of fat from not knowing how to eat well. I found that working out helped me to gain an internal happiness that nothing in the world could compare to.

I'm married my husband heavier, and I joke with him to retake the photo now.

I'm a mix of Polish, German and Cherokee Indian heritages.

My Facts 'n Stats:: 5'5" 130 lbs. 15% BF

My bodyPROUD Goals:: It's time to buckle down and take this seriously. I have dabbled for years and realized that I need to find a focus.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: All natural

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete
