Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I have worked out my whole life and have always been a natural athlete. Introduced to a "clean" diet from a friend who is an accomplished figure competitor about 5 years ago and my life hasn't been the same since!

My Facts 'n Stats:: Competitive natural bodybuilder for past 3 years. Most recently placed 3rd at the Texas Shredder (NPC natural) in April 2010 , 3rd at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding Championships (NPC) in 2009 and competed in the Arnold Amateur. I am 5'11" and compete at 175-186.lbs.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Clear goals, hard work and commitment have been my keys to success.

My Transformation Triumphs!: Competing at the Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding competition. It was awesome being on stage with some of the best competitors in the world.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete
