Competitive natural bodybuilder for past 3 years. Most recently placed 3rd at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding Championships (NPC) and competed in the Arnold Amateur. I am 5'11" and compete at 175 .lbs. I played football in College at Kent State University at about 215 .lbs. Recently relocated from Cincinnati to Katy, TX. I am 41 years old and in the best shape of my life.

I have worked out my whole life and have always been a natural athlete. Introduced to a "clean" diet from a friend who is an accomplished figure competitor about 4 years ago and my life hasn't been the same since!
