Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: Due to unhealthy eating habbits and living I was overweight and acquired high blood pressure. For the last 1.5yrs I've been working on being healthier. I started by walking due to knee issues... Then I was able to run.. and I went from a 40" waist down to a 34".. Then within the last 4 months I have worked out and learned how to properly workout and eat, so now for the first time in my life I have a 6pack and over all muscle definition.

My Facts 'n Stats:: I'm 198lbs as of yesterday, 32" waist, 5'10

My bodyPROUD Goals:: The start on this site: 7/21/09

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Intensity & Consistency Lead To Achievements..

My Transformation Triumphs!: Attaining muscle definition.
