- I am a professional makeup artist and hair stylist. I specialize in retro/vintage/pinup make up and hair. I also wok as a territory manager for a cosmetics/personal care company.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Gain More Flexibility, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Improve My Posture, Sculpt My Physique, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I am going to compete in my first competition in October 2009.
- Please Help ME with:
- competition preperation for a first time competitor.
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- 3/week with my trainer (unless work gets the best of me, which happens)
1-2 days of cardio on my own
1 day of rest!
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- My trainer is Kirby, she is amazing. She has no problem kicking my ass in the gym and pushing me when I am not pushing myself hard enough.
