My BodyPROUD Story
Lost 87 lbs doing Weight Watchers and exercise, regained 12 lbs, and now trying desperately to lose that and become stronger and healthier. I realize the workouts I get out of Bootcamp is better for my body than cardio alone.
My Facts 'n Stats:
31yr old mom of two
My bodyPROUD Goals:
I just finished a simple 30min cardio workout on the elliptical machine and about to hit the sack! I can't wait to start bootcamp again in a few weeks. I love how I can actually see a difference in the shape of my body, which I never thought possible!
My bodyPROUD Intentions:
Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Gain More Flexibility, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Improve My Posture, Sculpt My Physique, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Be an Inspiration to Others
To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
I TRY to eat healthful foods, keeping it simple and from the earth. I try to stay away from processed foods. I started that because processed foods always gave me heartburn and made my stomach upset. Now I try to continue doing this because it makes me feel good putting foods into my body that I know it can easily digest and make good use of. Doesn't mean I never eat processed foods, but I have cut it down about 90 percent, and I'm still trying.

I like exercise that helps with everyday motion; strengthens muscles that we use on a daily basis while at the same time is a great cardiovascular exercise.
Please Help ME with:
Ways to stay motivated.
My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
I rejoined Weight Watchers to help with the eating, helps me to stay focused on eating healthy food when I am hungry and not to eat from emotion.

For exercise I currently do the elliptical machines 35min 5 days a week with 3 days of 30min strength training. However over the summer months I did bootcamp, twice, and LOVE it, so I will be going again in a few weeks. Then, once I move in a couple of weeks, I will be continuing the exercises from bootcamp in my own backyard.
Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
Realizing that I need to do something before I gain more than 10 lbs.
