- I run a corporate fitness center, teach classes, personal train and maintain. Working with a wide range of clients. We have a weight and balance group that we have for the employees, that the medical center and fitness center run, which has been a great success.

- I have worked at the Arnold Classic 3 years and just this past year worked at the Olympia in Vegas for IDS. What a fun time. I love working these shows, the energy and people you meet are fantastic.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I love that it keeps me striving for more goals, keeps me motivated to do better and learn from each competition, I love meeting all the wonderful energetic athletes that are as nuts as I am. I have competed for 5 years and compete on a National level with NPC. Placed 7th at the Master's in Pittsburgh was my last show. Chicago 9th, those are my biggest successes recently. Before placing 1st-5th in many competitions. I am hoping to compete again in the Master's Pittsburgh show this year.
